A few weeks back, I was invited to come to the beautiful N.C. Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens to photograph Johnny with his daughters. 

There is something sweet about the relationship between a father and his daughters!  I’ve always known that from my own family (my dad has 4 girls!) and it’s great to see it in other families as well.

You can tell – these little girls sure love their daddy!

The two youngest are twins though you couldn’t tell by looking at them. 

But all three of these girls do have one major thing in common – they are radiant, full of life – and energy!

The Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens are Gorgeous! 

They completely beat ours here in Atlanta, in my opinion. 

Check out this fountain – I loved capturing one of the twins as she discovered that the fountain will get you wet if you walk under it {click on the picture to see her reaction bigger}.

SO Adorable!  Definitely worth getting wet over!

This post is dedicated to “that dear octopus” of one of my best friends, Jill.

You can just see the love in their family – I love how they are all so relaxed and easy going with each other.

Something I learned about this family during the shoot: None of them like scary movies AT ALL.

And they also prefer happy endings.

Another thing I learned is that the girls aren’t the greatest at synchronized jumping (and not for lack of practice!) …

I just love the name Eden! Such a beautiful name for a girl.

M & K, it was SO much fun shooting these with you! You guys are such great models – always smiling and so easy going! I can’t wait to meet little Eden!

Here are M & K’s pregnancy photos! Some of my favorites I’ve taken so far.

This past week, the Hub and I took a little vacation with some friends of ours. The four of us headed down to Daytona Beach for 7 days. It was awesome. We (of course) layed out in the sun, swam in the ocean/pool and went out to eat at some cool places. But we also went to the movies twice and I talked them into letting me do a short photo shoot of the two of them. Here’s how it went.
